Oct. 1865–Oct. 1868 MAYSVILLE (SUPERINTENDENT AND SUBASSISTANT COMMISSIONER, MASON COUNTY) Letters Sent The two volumes of letters sent, May 1866–July 1868, 1 (157) and 2 (158), are arranged chronologically. Following the letters in volume 1 (157) are circulars and special orders (January 1867–May 1868) that are arranged chronologically. Volume 1 (157) May–Dec. 1866 Volume 2 (158) Jan. 1867–July 1868 Registers of Letters Received (cont.) The three volumes of registers of letters received, 1 (154), 2 (155), and 3 (156), cover the period July 1866–July 1868. The volumes also include endorsements sent. Volumes 1 (154) and 2 (155) are arranged chronologically by date received. Volume 3 (156) is arranged in chronological order by the date received and numbered. The volumes have overlapping dates.
